What an awesome company to have at your side when all havoc breaks loose with the application your customers rely on for their business to stay in business. In the summer of 2008, at the recommendation of our software vendor 'Numara', we signed a technical consulting engagement with Soaring Eagle to assist us with determining the root cause of our application’s deplorable latency issues. Soaring Eagle recommended that we purchase an relatively inexpensive tool called ' i3 '. While we awaited our software, Soaring Eagle took it upon themselves to provide us with a trial version of i3 to get the ball rolling and immediately began trapping SQL database activity. Soaring Eagle consultants are not only database subject matter experts, but they were so well versed in i3 that I had a personal mentor by my side until we were able to determine the root cause of our problem. Soaring Eagle, thank you for being there when things seemed to be at their worst. I welcome the opportunity to be a reference site for other potential Soaring Eagle or i3 customers.

Sybase ASE assessment and tuning exercise conducted last week was an overwhelming success. The Operations and
Development teams are both astounded at the performance improvements we achieved with minimal application changes, which
was measured as being a few lines of code changed. As highlighted in some email exchanges, some queries were improved by
a factor of at least a thousand!

As a result we will not be forced to accelerate a planned hardware upgrade that likely would not have solved the underlying
performance issues.
